JManga, a platform for reading legal manga online, announced on Tuesday that the website is now accessible worldwide. The site added that it is hosting a promotion between March 1-4. Those who sign up for a paid subscription to the site during that time period will receive twice as many points to use on the site.
JManga thanked fans on its Twitter account on Tuesday for their support in helping to make the site available worldwide. The company had posted a Twitter post two weeks ago to gauge interest in the possibility of the site going global.
JManga launched on August 17 with numerous titles never before available in the United States, some of which have become available for purchase. The site since offered more than 40 additional series by the end of 2011, and has added more than 35 new series so far this year.
